> There's an argument to be made that for something like temperature control with its various modes (heat/vent/cold, strength/temperature, fan speed, which combination of vents), a large touchscreen is actually a far superior interface -- easier to see and more intuitive. I agree with "easier to see and more intuitive" and I'd use it when parked. But when driving, I don't want to "see", I want tactile feedback on whether I hit a control. |
