It’s the big three: real estate, tuition, and health care. Real estate is the biggest and most pervasive problem as it affects the most people. Younger generations are wealthier in terms of almost everything but these three things whose cost growth has greatly exceeded inflation. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that we simultaneously restrict supply and subsidize demand in those areas. |
