"most successful teams" For what definition of success, and at what point in the product lifecycle? I've been on teams as you describe. They were great - as long as nobody had to deliver a working product and you were just running out runway until the next gig. They were also great when the product was already built and we were just KTLO and deliver some new features once in a while. But I haven't seen such teams deliver a product from initial idea to PMF and sustainability. |
