And note that to see the Remote Access checkbox, you need to be logged into the console as a ui.com user, not a local user. If you have disabled Remote Access and instead want to use the phone app via a VPN, you may have to add it manually. There's a (+) button for that, and then a "Need help?" option, which contains a way to manually add by IP/user/password. |
