Other commonly emulated devices are not "general purpose" computers like phones, tablets and laptops. There is no need to emulate those systems generally since they can be ran in a VM (Linux, Android (mostly), and Windows). I know your main point is comparing to consoles and that is probably fair to some extent, but still, I wanted to mention these. |
