A good looking straight friend of mine owned a Ferrari 355 back in the day. It took about 6 weeks before I went out in it with him around Central London.

My overriding memories included:

1. Women holding up their little fingers as he drove past.

2. Men randomly coming up to him in car parks and it feeling threatening.

3. Men driving dangerously to get him to speed etc.

4. Him saying "If I was gay this car would be amazing" as he got male attention.

5. The only date he got out of it was an Italian lady who dumped him when she found out he'd sold it to fund his startup.

As a cost/benefit they're a bad investment compared to getting in shape and dressing well.
