In known history, I think there has been perhaps one prosecutor charged with a crime over this. How about that for a statistic? From my experience it is literally impossible to report a crime made by a prosecutor. Hiding evidence might not even be a crime in many jurisdictions. In the USA it would be a constitutional violation, but that rarely makes it a crime because violating the constitution rarely becomes criminal unless violence is involved. |
