It provides realizations and examples that make you think and see your relationship in a different way. It also touches on how societal norms and views can conflict with sexual desires and limit us in expressing ourselves

While I cannot know which problems you are referring to, I'm afraid problems of this nature are not resolved just by reading a book :)
