uhh, did we read the same article? he suggests that in all instances FRAND would be acceptable if there were not a truly open standard. MS is still doing it's best to 'cut off the air supply' of a free and open IT ecosystem. Nothing new to see hear. MS fanbois will proclaim innocence until the last GPLed piece of code is eliminated. |
