TFA talks about a tender offer, which allows employees to sell their shares at almost a 3x valuation compared to earlier this year. This already is a "massive pay day".
The only time that 3x trade would be a good deal is if you think that's the best you're going to do. IF you think your gonna be the next amazon/Facebook/google then selling is foolish. The MS deal may limit or wreck that possibility.
