Ask HN: How are you promoting yourself on GitHub?

I'm not actively looking for a new role but given more layoffs in the tech industry this week, I wanted to clean up my GitHub profile and include some projects as examples of things I enjoy working on.

If someone did happen to stumble upon my profile, I wanted to have my résumé in a repo, possibly named something like "hire-me" with a readme.md file.

How are other people including their résumé/CVs on GitHub?

If you create a repository which matches your username the content of that README.md file will also appear on your profile.
