Honestly large 10-13 inch e-Ink tablets already work well for this as long as you're opening a PDF that stays put. Much like a physical book that doesn't move. Live web pages suck because they pop up annoyances every 5 seconds that you have to deal with while your hands are messy, and the scrolling jumps around against your will. |
