Yes, Nils Bejerot was the guy. He saw drug addiction almost as a ”cultural virus” that needed to be stomped out of society. He educated the swedish police on these matters. Sometimes known as the ”father of swedish drug policy”.
He has been discussed on some podcasts, but only in swedish afaik. (Yes I am a swede) |
