Things that empirically work for me to sleep better: Mandatory: - separate duvets for me & my partner, so we don't wake each other up by turning - no screentime for ~1 hr before falling asleep - going to bed and read a book for that ~1 hr. When I get sleepy I sleep - bedroom as dark as possible - physical activity of any kind Less important: - no caffeine in the ~8 hrs before falling asleep - glass of warm milk before going to bed |
