https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xprize_Foundation shows no one won the Qualcomm Tricorder XPRIZE. That pages also lists additional prizes not listed in your summary. At least several of them must have a winner, so long as someone participates, as there is no hard goal and a winner is chosen from the participants. (For examples, "improve" and "build better" are soft goals.) |
