I found it is pretty good at generating work-out routines, especially with some conditions. For example "Give me a workout routine I can do at home with minimal equipment and with a sore hamstring" or "Give me a weekly running workout plan to prepare for a 5k, with no long runs"

It is also amazing at forming a diet plan when you give it macros and micros. It doesn't get it perfect but it's close.

I have a gym at home and it will spit out workouts for me based on a past script. It's great for that.
