once upon a time i signed an NDA about an NDA, it was probably the second most stupid thing i ever signed (the first one was a "unternehmensgründerförderungsvereinbarung"). nowadays i only sign NDAs that are shorter than one page, prohibit one or two specific actions and have a fixed expiration date (not to far in the future). |
