I think you're over generalising your bad experience on desktop. I've used Firefox since it was called Phoenix on numerous Windows and Linux machines and I don't recall ever having those problems. Mobile Firefox I completely agree. That was a complete mess after they rewrote it. Crashes, UI bugs, you name it. I tried, but eventually couldn't take it any more and switched to Opera for Android which works nicely enough for me. The only thing mobile Firefox had in common with the desktop is the product name, they aren't the same software at all. Very disappointing. |
