Well that would rely on you being able to call Monzo in the first place. None of the numbers you are able to find take you to a person, instead infinitely redirecting you to use the in-app chat... which is more "Leave us a message and we'll pick it up on Monday" than an actual live chat. Background: Monzo froze _all_ of my bank accounts for nearly 5 days after triggering some fraud protection measures. Great in theory... until you are completely unable to speak to anyone. |
