I think the Capitalist AI pollyannas are blind to the possibilities for AGIs to do bad things to at least some of humanity once the AGI discovers Historical Materialism and/or Ecological Economics and, rightly in my opinion, inductively reasons about who is responsible for the root causes of our destruction of the biosphere. |
