Person working in his basement thinks he figured out how to spoof C2PA. Billion dollar companies (software and hardware) have been working on this C2PA specification to provide provenance for images. Did this image really come from this camera? From this news organization? After years and effort and endless meetings and this thing written in the most secure language ever, rust, doesn’t work?
