This is 100% valid feedback, and I appreciate that you took the time to share it. I'm at that point, where I need some "brutal truth" to help me navigate the next few steps... I definitely need to update the language on the site to be a lot more precise and clear about these questions you've raised. > This is what b2c PMF is about - about the fit (the click) in user's head. That's a great takeaway nugget: gotta make it "click" in the user's head that this is built just for them. |
