Is this even true for for-profit companies? Like if a professor is on the board of a for-profit (which I think is pretty common for deeptech? Maybe companies in general too? https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/fima.12069#:....), is he/she banned from making a technical point about how a competitor's product or best practices is occasionally superior to the company's product? |
