Yep, but they tend to have the title of "therapist". A life coach is just a therapist who has no credentials. And there is nothing wrong with that if all you need is a guide. But if you have a history of mental health concerns and want to learn how to better interact with people to benefit your career, while helping you figure out what personal changes are needed to enable you to meet your goals... you need someone who has a bit more experience and knowledge. |
