I suspect all other potential GPU providers are sweating right now to get in bed with OpenAI and their tech. I'm sure they can land a good deal if they tried.

OpenAI tech is licensed exclusively to Microsoft until pre AGI. OpenAI threw themselves in the river with their hands tied.
