Dr. 赵 is probably a good guy and everything, but he himself doesn't claim to be "top talent", since I think he's pretty junior.

His title on LinkedIn is just "Member of Technical Staff". https://www.linkedin.com/in/shengjia-zhao/

That was an example, more than 700/770 staff OpenAI has threatened to leave now.

Also, just because he is a recent grad doesn't mean he is not top talent. Age matters much less in AI/learning community than other areas.
