Not really sure why people complain so excessively about dynamic pricing software. Whether for flights, concerts, or apartments - sellers will naturally seek to maximize profits. Software helps with this. Housing and apartments are in many senses artificially expensive. Existing laws and regulations make it very difficult to build, appreciating the value of land and buildings. If people want lower rents - making it far easier to build is one of the best solutions. |
