Isn’t Schmidt the guy who’s dating a CEO of a company he made an investment in? That _should_, in a system of corporate governance that isn’t an absolute joke, expose him to significant liability. Or am I thinking of another NorCal cretin that will never suffer a real consequence as long as he lives? |
