While I do enjoy the digital kiosk for efficiency; they are limited in what they can do. Example from moments ago: my phone carrier is offering extra data - but when I tried to add it to my account online it said it was for new customers only. I called customer service, asked politely and the agent was more than happy to oblige. Sometimes, especially in edge cases, having a human work around the system on your behalf yields the most benefits. |
