I too, have had this embarrassing experience. Subscriptions come through the door and then we're lying in their envelopes unread! Like you say though it's a process. I've found time in my commute, 2weekly lunchtimes, 1.5hrs after putting the kids to sleep and weekend mornings. Just putting these habits in place and starting to do them with reading (books&mags) I found time. |
