Here is quits rate data for US nonfarm jobs. https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/JTSQUR In late 2021 and early 2022, the rate was the highest it had been in 20 years. Although people leave jobs all the time, this is a notable increase. It is worthy of a study and maybe even worthy of a catchy name. |
