Using the top level domain .ne for Niger [1].

The other parts hu/ma happen to be TLDs for Hungary and Morocco.

Wait, who even is in control of that ccTLD right now? That government was just violently overthrown.

That Wikipedia page (.ne) hasn't been edited since the July 2023 coup d'état, so I doubt it describes the current status of things.

ma.ne is the domain and hu. is just a subdomain. No relation with Hungary and Morocco

Hence my phrasing "using the TLD" versus "happen to be TLDs"...
