I feel that's why many people, especially families prefer detached homes. Sound proofing is guaranteed by the air gap. And if there is a problem with soundproofing you can solve it yourself by making changes. Perhaps row houses are best? Good density, and with a solid concrete wall seperating units to stop sound and fire from spreading? |
