I looked at the source and it's OSHA. You'd do a blood test for lead, but it was due to it being inhaled and causing lung cancer. https://www.osha.gov/laws-regs/federalregister/2006-02-28-0

Ingestion wasn't mentioned, it's main danger is spray paint.
