Hey man, I’m in the same boat and i’ve had to eliminate caffeine. As a replacement, I do Yoga(Sun Salutations) for either 4 or 12 minutes depending on how my body feels in the morning (or if i need energy in the afternoon). It provides much cleaner energy than caffeine: no crash. Just thought i’d share :D |
