What about the billionaires/multimillionaires who don't seek any positions but donate to campaigns, PACs, ideological think-tanks. This article would never have the Koch brothers in their study because, technically, they never sought to be in office, even though we know they donate billions of dollars to their think-tanks and super PACs. |
