I’ve found that too

Somehow I feel really energized if I wake up like 2-3 hours before my regular time

But only if I haven’t done it in a while

Something about disrupting the pattern seems to throw off the usual morning grogginess

it's my favorite part about early morning flights. i don't fly often, but when i do travel the following two weeks where i practically jump out of bed at 6-7am are amazing.
