Hi All,

I am a solo founder with a decade of experience in front-end, backend, recommendation engines, observability systems, infrastructure setup etc. From October 2023 I started working full time on my dev agency to scale it. Given there are many dev agencies, to pick a niche and stand out from the crowd is no easy thing. One thing that we have did consistently is to push content, refine our target audience, change our landing page to focus our niche.

Marketing is something which takes up a lot of my time.
