Having gone down this route recently, I can +1 the cooling pad. I used Ooler, there are many options now. However also worth considering a better mattress, memory foam is really hot. I just upgraded to an innerspring base / latex & microcoil top, and my previous issues with overheating are gone. YMMV, there are arguments for cooling even if your passive situation isn’t too hot. |
