From what I've heard from my recruiter friends, you want to prioritize flow, readability, and scan-ability over flashy. Recruiters are often at-times swamped with thousands of resumes (and even more at big companies). They'll spend at most 5 minutes scanning your resume to see if you are a good fit. |
