Agree with all of that, and want to add a shoutout to the Cult of Done [0]. Very few things need to be perfect, or right first try. Waiting until the last possible moment is a version of perfectionism that is often counter-productive. Trying something out before it's needed gives room to experiment and discover new approaches.
