I wouldn't buy this.

The hard part is not finding developers or ux people.

The hard part is validating the value of what you are building, collecting feedback and selling it.

And I tried selling just that as a service. But that is whole different game because then you are selling something where you cannot promise the outcome, because no one knows what sells or what doesn't before you do the initial steps before really building something.
