Its interesting working at a corporate that has significant money invested in CBD properties.

The message has gradually been "You must come back to the office, for productivity and water cooler talks".

Absolute arsehats; the real message is "We've invested so much in CBD real estate, we want to force everyone to do a non-optimal strategy, and drive those cars into a small area, for hours of lost effort. Because shareholders."

If so, what would that suggest as the best course of action? Cut their losses on real estate and embrace the new status quo?
