Exactly. A more charitable way of putting it is, you can make a pretty presentation when you know the data that you are trying to present and the story you are trying to tell. I can't imagine a 3 column pricing table that wasn't done in bootstrap (Venture Capital UI) Traders look at screens searching for meaning across a bunch of different data. They are trying to construct a story and as much context as possible is important. The problem comes when VC UI is applied to a Trader problem where you want to see as much information as possible to understand, but there is padding, rounded corners and other stuff forcing you to scroll. |
