That is the exact opposite result of every single experience and anecdote with the cops I have ever had or heard from friends or family The reason is that sitting in a car, playing solitaire or Pokemon go, collecting huge amounts of cash for doing nothing is even easier (and rewarding to most police officers) than solving an easy crime. |
