It is fascinating that nationalist Serbs and nationalist Croats think that Yugoslavia was a mistake and benefited the other side?? Someone must be wrong I guess.

Well, neither could win over the other side while the pesky Yugoslavia kept them from each other's throats. So they are both right, in a sad way.

Both are wrong, or right, depending on your viewpoint. Yugoslavia forced equality, when they wanted supremacy.
