The export controls in question were imposed by the Dutch government. https://www.asml.com/en/news/press-releases/2023/statement-r... ASML got an export license until December. Maybe they'll get it renewed. The SCMP is jumping the gun a bit when they suggest that ASML will be prevented from exporting DUV equipment come January. |
