IANAL but from what I remember from my module on law at Uni, they are likely suggesting there's a risk of "passing off" by you as them. Ultimately I think this is absolute nonsense but the law doesn't always follow logic and common sense.

Speak to a lawyer for sure before doing anything beyond the below:

You may wish to add a thin banner at the top of your page that says "Looking for SCMP S.A. Sandro fashion brand? That's not me click here to be redirected to their page". By doing that you're at least showing you're acting in good faith and before its even been suggested by them that you should be compelled to.

You may also wish to put some visible text that says "This website has nothing to do with fashion and is focused on software development".
