This is…probably right for some people, definitely not for me. > Rating - Individual metrics are summed up to the rating formula. This is a collective indicator of the quality of an employee's work. The rating is also presented in a leaderboard that includes all employees. I never ever want to see a leaderboard of my “rating” vs my peers. Imagine being at the bottom of that leaderboard - it’s probably because of several factors, and “losing” for the week in the productivity leaderboard would probably not help. Also, nitpicky, but having a woman who isn’t smiling under the “smiling is cool” line is tone deaf imo. |
