Uh, the async and personally-empowering nature of remote work is a feature, not a bug. Intentionally jumping into a huddle or a room or whatever to hash something out is one thing. Just being telepresent is nothing I'd ever want. But I'm sure this is a huge achievement technically-speaking. Congrats on that! Maybe it's just a messaging issue that needs to get sorted out here. |
